Types of data processed
Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site; except for this case, web contact data are not stored for more than seven days.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

The registration of personal data, including sensitive data, on the dedicated pages of the site in order to request services, access restricted areas of the site, subscribe to the newsletter, as well as the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data provided. Specific summary notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular on-demand services.

Cookie
No personal data of users are acquired by the site in this regard. No cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, nor are persistent cookies of any kind used, nor systems for tracking users.
The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient browsing of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identifying data.

Voluntary provision of data
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, users are free to provide the personal data indicated in service request forms or otherwise communicated in contacts with our offices to request the newsletter, informational material, or other communications. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to obtain the requested services.

Processing methods
Personal data are processed using automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist and to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Italian Data Protection Code).

Pursuant to the same article, data subjects also have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be sent:
